Setting out for new development projects provide the core of our business, we operate on numerous sites for a multitude of clients and offer the flexibility of either half or full day attendances. The services vary depending on individual needs but generally consist of:
- Setting up site control points, also known as survey control stations or coordinated station control.
- Positioning level datums in desired locations and marking out foundations.
- Setting out external brickwork corners.
- Casting in Holding down Bolts
- Line, level and plumbing of steelwork.

- Shuttering corners of RC structures including walls, columns and slab edges.

All setting out requirements are dictated by the technical aspect of each project and the clients specific needs, some sites require more setting out than others. Due to the difficulty of construction, the effects of weather and the essential need for construction drawings our aim is to be as flexible as possible and provide a service that our clients can rely on, endeavouring to cater our clients needs even at the eleventh hour.
Provided the supply of information is submitted to us prior to attending your project, all our calculations are worked out prior to our site attendances and included as part of our service.
